As a nursery school we are not a daycare, rather we provide a half-day program for preschoolers and kindergarteners.
Our preschool programs are highly sought-after in the community with the program often reaching waitlist status by late-Fall. Join us in the morning from 9 am to 12pm so your little one can experience our warm and nurturing preschool environment. Students in the program thrive on the repetition and reinforcement of a play-based learning environment every weekday morning. Our caring and nurturing staff help to ease little ones into the group setting.
With small class ratios, engaged RECE staff, and a playful and nurturing environment we create a truly enriching experience. Building strong foundations in language (English and French), math, motor skills, etc. we encourage you to enrol in the morning program and inquire about availability in the extended day program.
A single classroom environment allows the older children to strengthen their learning foundations and enhance their nurturing side while they work alongside the JKs in the classroom. Our graduating Kindergarteners go on to Grade 1 with firm learning foundations and the confidence for “big school”! Take a tour to learn about the curriculum and explore our classrooms.

CCNS is part of the Canada-wide Early Learning and Childcare (CWELCC) system. These fees are effective as of January 2023. CWELCC affects our base fees of tuition and membership fees. Non-base fees include parent job deposit, toy wash deposit, field trips, pizza lunches, etc.

We welcome children 30 months to 5 years of age in our Preschool and Kindergarten programs. Children are placed in the program that best matches their age and stage of development.
CCNS offers child-led learning, small class sizes, experienced RECE educators, and a welcoming parent-involved community where every child is supported.
Our Preschool program helps children build the confidence and skills they’ll need for Kindergarten through hands-on exploration, and daily routines. Children develop early literacy and numeracy skills, communication, problem-solving, independence, and social-emotional confidence all in a nurturing environment that encourages curiosity and a love of learning.
